About

The health and wellness industry doesn’t need more content. It needs better communication.

Every day, brands invest thousands of hours into research, product development, and innovation, only to lose potential customers because their message is buried beneath technical language, unsupported claims, or content that never connects with the questions people are actually asking.

That’s where I come in.

I’m Jayton Miller, an editorial strategist and ghostwriter specializing in evidence-based content for health and wellness brands. My work sits at the intersection of science, education, and storytelling, helping founders and marketing teams translate complex research into clear, engaging content that builds trust and supports long-term growth.

Whether I’m developing an editorial strategy, ghostwriting founder thought leadership, or creating long-form educational articles, my goal is always the same: create content that leaves readers more informed than when they arrived.

My Approach

Great content starts long before the first sentence is written.

Every project begins with understanding the audience, not just the product. I spend time researching the science, analyzing customer questions, studying search intent, and identifying the gaps between what brands want to say and what their audience is actually looking for.

From there, I develop content that is:

  • Scientifically grounded without becoming overwhelming
  • Accessible without sacrificing accuracy
  • Educational without sounding promotional
  • Designed to build authority over time, not just generate clicks

The result is content that earns trust first and creates customers second.

Experience

Over the past eight years, I’ve worked with supplement companies, wellness brands, functional health practitioners, and performance nutrition companies to develop educational content across a wide range of topics, including:

  • Metabolic health
  • Sports nutrition
  • Recovery and performance
  • Digestion
  • Hormonal health
  • Bioenergetics
  • Functional nutrition

I’ve had the opportunity to contribute content and editorial strategy for brands including True Nutrition, UMZU, LifeBlud, US Wellness Meats, Healthy Home Shop, and other health-focused organizations dedicated to improving people’s lives through education.

Why Editorial Strategy?

Writing an article is relatively straightforward.

Building a content system that consistently attracts readers, answers their questions, strengthens brand authority, and supports business growth is a different challenge entirely.

That’s why I focus on editorial strategy instead of simply producing content.

I help brands think beyond individual articles by developing content ecosystems that connect research, SEO, audience education, and brand positioning into a long-term strategy.

Because when educational content is built intentionally, every article becomes an asset that continues creating value long after it’s published.

Outside of Work

When I’m not writing, you’ll usually find me researching metabolism and nutrition, spending time outdoors, fishing along Florida’s coast, cooking, or at BJJ.
